company.jpgPlayyoo is a company that works in the world of entertainment both on smatphone and on facebook with headquarters in Lugano (CH) and is active with a focus on the Italian and European market. Our business areas are basically two:

  • Gambling Solutions: One Shop Shop, from conception to development, from certification to distribution through Betting games stores, Casino Games and Instant Win for iPhone, iPad and Android. Playyoo interacts with gambling operators and with AAMS. Real money versions can be combined with multichannel Viral Marketing for the promotion through Mobile, Web, Social Networks and Connected TV
  • Casual Games & Advertgames: development and distribution of Flash Lite Games. We have a catalogue with more than 1000 games developed both by our team and by a network of indipendent developers for Mobile channels, web, CìSOcial networks and onnected Tv. We also organize multichannel viral marketing campaigns through Advergames developed according to our customer's strategic needs.

The company’s goal is to be the point of reference in Italy and among the main international players in the development of games related to Mobile Gambling, guaranteeing our partners the opportunity to offer to the final customers a unique user experience. This goal has been made possible by our technical and development knowledge, gained working from the beginning on Mobile market and having contacts with the most qualified players among them Mobile network Operators, the main MCSP (Mobile Content Service Provider) and the Politecnico di Milano.

Company History:

2008: Playyoo was founded. The company was born as a community of mobile games, developed with flash lite technology. The catalogue of products is distributed through the portals of the main Italian Mobile Network Operators (MNO).

2009: the partnership with MNO is strengthened. The company came to an agreement with Telecom Italia on the exclusive supply of mobile contents for the web portal Virgilio. With a view to expansion/growth and market defence partnership with international MCSP (among which Buongiorno, Arvato and Neomonile) were made for the distribution of contents through the web and MMS subscription campaigns. The Casual Games offer is combined with Viral Marketing solutions through Advergame in partnership with Biscaldi, Fashion District Outlet and others important brands that lead the company to explore facebook channels and the main social networks to raise the visibility of contents.

2010: the company, besides consolidating further its placement in the traditional Mobile Content field, starts placing more successful contents on some of the main application stores, among which Nokia OVI and Samsung Bada. With a view to differentiating the business model, the company decided to enter the Gambling market from the third semester, successfully launching the application “La Scopa” on facebook for the brand IZI Play as Viral Marketing tool related to the world of Skill games real Money

2011: the gambling branch becomes the company’s core business, thanks to the partnership made with some of the main remote gambling operator, for example Cogetech. Native applications for iPhone,iPad and Android Mobile betting and Casino games are developed according to AAMS regulations. With regard to casual games the relations with MNO and MCSP are tightened. The good results reached with Samsumd let the company explore the segment of Casual Games for Connected Tv, that are natively installed on top Smart Tv models of the Korean multinational.
